H&R All-Purpose Bread Flour
Description
This flour shall be milled from cleaned wheat of sound quality that is selected to provide consistent performance characteristics. This product shall be of food grade and in compliance with the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act of 1938 as amended and all applicable regulations thereunder. This is not a ready-to-eat product.

Bleached wheat flour enriched (niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid) and malted barley flour.

Optimum Storage and Handling
Product should be kept stored in a clean dry place that is well ventilated. Product should be used within six months and kept at 70° F or less and at low humidity.
