Blackstrap Molasses Bread

Mix all ingredients in mixer. Scale loaves to 32 oz. Shape form, and allow to rest about 20 minutes until yeast rises. Bake 420°F for 25-30 minutes or until done. (Dough can be frozen until ready for baking. Put in cooler overnight to thaw, then rest on floor for 20-30 minutes.)

Yield: 50 2-lb loaves.
